Feb 6th
No new plantings this week, but Mom transplanted the greenhouse tomatoes into pots, and the tomatoes for hanging baskets as well. We hope to sell the baskets at the farm stand.
Feb 13th
All of the onions are up. Also, started eggplants and peppers.
Started lavender and more flowers.
The carotts Mom planted in October in the greenhouse are still alive, even after below 0 temps.
Next month she will start/try radishes, lettuce, and peas in the other beds out there.
She's one busy lady!
